TaskSync started as a personal spreadsheet. It became an app when we realized everyone around us had the same problem — and no good solution.
The problem we couldn't ignore
It started with a missed oil change. Then a forgotten HVAC filter. Then a dental appointment that slipped by six months. Sound familiar? We were juggling reminders across sticky notes, calendar apps, and half-remembered conversations — and things kept falling through.
We built a spreadsheet. It worked, sort of. But it didn't remind us, it didn't adapt when life changed, and it definitely didn't work for the whole family. We looked for an app that did all of this well. We couldn't find one.
So we built TaskSync — a calm, organized home for every recurring responsibility in your life. Not just tasks, but the rhythm of maintenance that keeps a household running smoothly.
